Invitation TC PPA meeting during FA in Budapest

All participants of the Forum Acusticum 2005 with an interest in hearing science are invited to participate in the meeting of the TC on psychological and physiological acoustics.

Time: Tuesday, August 30, 2005, 11.40—13.00.

Place: Room 1,71 at the congress venue (ELTE Northern Campus).

The TC meeting follows directly the hearing-related session PPB-CAE

Agenda:

  1. Introduction to the goals of the TC
  2. Present activities
  3. Plans for a workshop for Ph.D. students: Job Opportunities for Graduates in Hearing Reserch (Audition) and Related Fields, to be held in April 2006.
  4. Discussion of possibilities for meetings in between the Forum Acusticum (as satellites to already existing meetings)
  5. Possibilities for hearing-related research projects within the 7th framework of the EU
  6. Other topics of interest.
